• $50 an hour - 2 hour minimum

• $100 clean up fee - non-negotiable

• $100 damage deposit - refundable

* The community center is a 60 X 80  building with 3 entrances and 1 roll up door.

* A warming kitchen is available for heating up food but no cooking is allowed.

* A stage is set at one end of the building and is stationary.

* Tables and chairs are provided.
